JoyFlow is a quiet, safe space to explore soft gentle healing practices for tired, stressed, aching bodies and busy minds.
Our bodies hold everything we have ever experienced, good, bad, conscious and unconscious. These experiences inform how we view our world, how we feel and navigate within it. When we feel safe and supported we can calm the mind and bring ease to the body.
A JoyFlow whole body approach explores brain body based Hanna Somatic movements and gentle yoga help to release tight, contracted bodies and calm anxious minds.
I offer guided yoga nidra meditations to help replenish the exhausted and sleep deprived. Breathwork can move stagnant energy creating space that can leave one feeling open and expanded. While reiki healing and gong sound therapy can ground the body and soothe the mind. When blended these simple practices can infuse a peaceful, nourishing energy back to the body, the mind and bring ease to your life.
I teach weekly group classes in person in the Comox Valley. I see small group and private clients in my home studio. And I offer a free monthly Community Breathwork class and a regular zoom series combining Somatic Movement and breath practices.
